Friends Provident International takes the issue of security very serious and, as a second step, we will ask you to download a PDF, sign it and return it to your ProFin advisor for onward submission to Friends Provident International.

Once we have verified your signature and activated your account, we will email you to let you know that you can view your policy online.

Enter your details in all fields on screen (those marked * are mandatory) and then press enter
Step 3
An email will be sent to your chosen email address confirming registration and a password
Step 4
Following your first log on, you will be able to amend your password to one of your choice.

Please note: In the case of joint policy owners, when both would like to have access, they must register separately. Each plan will allow two online registrations (normally the plan owner and joint plan owner).
Registered customers will also have the ability to amend their chosen email address
